+ How do I download my presets?

+ Why won't my download link load?

Its a bug caused by your browser. Simply copy the link and paste it into the the browser.

+ Why cant I preview the presets after downloading them?

Make sure you still have your "files" app. If you don't redownload and try again!

+ Why doesn't the preset look as bright on some photos?

Every photo we take is done so in different lighting situations. If you take a photo in a darker place then the preset will seem darker. Its any easy fix! Go to the "light" tab and move the "exposure" slider up or down to your liking!

+ I've gotten a new phone and my presets are gone. Can I get them back?

Yes! Look in your "files" app and they should be backed up there. They will only be there if you back them up into the cloud.
